How does it work?

When you contact us to fill a role, the first step we take is to understand the ideal candidate profile for you. Think of Re:Coded as a matchmaker. We share “Alumni Profiles” with you based on these characteristics, and you then select who they would like to interview or add to their HR pipeline for later.

Do I have to hire the candidates I interview?

You are not required to provide a job offer after interviewing candidates from Re:Coded alumni. If the interviewed candidates don’t make it to the job offer level, you are kindly requested to send them an email clarifying that they haven’t been selected.

What types of jobs I can hire for?

Our alumni are looking for a wide range of jobs, from full-time to a part-time job, an internship or a traineeship or freelancing.

Can I still hire your alumni if we’re a (profit/non-profit) company?

Our alumni can work for a wide range of companies, ranging from small start-ups to large organizations and social enterprises spanning across industries. You can also hire our graduates for freelance positions without a company status.

What curriculum do your alumni go through?

Our curriculum is built on market-based demands and is based on material from our partner Flatiron School - voted the world’s leading bootcamp in 2021. Learn more about our programs right here.

Do you charge anything during the hiring process?

No, as a nonprofit organization we don’t charge anything for matchmaking and facilitating the interviewing process.
