Gain future skills, global networks, and the resilience to innovate, lead, and make an impact in today’s fast-changing digital economy.
The world is changing fast—automation, climate change, shifting economies, and new technologies are rewriting the rules of success.
To thrive in this future, you need more than technical skills. You need adaptability, creativity, and a leadership mindset to navigate uncertainty and turn challenges into opportunities.
That’s why we created the Digital Resilient Future Fellowship—to equip the next generation of leaders with the tools and community to shape what comes next.
A selective 4-month program for emerging global leaders. Fellows take part in intensive training and real-world projects that combine technical skills with resilience, creativity, and leadership development.
Build resilience, creativity, and adaptive leadership through workshops, thematic deep dives, and project-based learning.
Strengthen your confidence to navigate systems thinking, embrace challenges, and turn ideas into action.
Connect with diverse peers, mentors, and industry leaders who will support and inspire you long after the fellowship ends.

Find answers to frequently asked questions about the Resilient Future Fellowship program—eligibility, application process, benefits, and how to get involved.
A selective, cohort-based program that blends guided self-learning with expert-led workshops, mentorship, and peer collaboration. Fellows follow a structured playbook between live touchpoints and join ~8 interactive workshops (typically 90–120 minutes) that mix talks, Q&A, and hands-on activities with tangible outputs (e.g., prototype, business plan, service proposal).
You’ll build cognitive and leadership skills (e.g., resilience, systems/strategic thinking, ethical tech) alongside practical business acumen (digital business models, product-market fit). You’ll also explore strategic tech sectors relevant to the region (e.g., inclusive digital finance, climate/AgriTech, HealthTech, e-commerce, digital infrastructure/energy). Expect to leave with concrete deliverables—like a prototype or venture concept—and a clearer strategy for your next steps.
Admissions are multi-step. Typical stages include: (1) application screening for eligibility and mission fit; (2) a short recorded or live interview to assess motivation, leadership, and problem-solving; and (3) cohort design with an emphasis on diversity and gender inclusion.
While the fellowship does not provide formal job placement, fellows get introductions to Re:Coded’s mentor/employer network, referrals when available, and a defined follow-up period of coaching/advice after the program. Access to a curated learning platform may continue for a period post-graduation.
