refugee code week

In partnership with SAP, Re:Coded will run the inaugural “Refugee Code Week” across Turkey and Iraq from October 15-22, 2017, introducing coding basics to youth in both camp and urban locations.

Interested in signing up to be a volunteer trainer? No coding skills are required to teach kids SCRATCH! We'll give you all the skills and resources you'll need to succeed. All you need to bring is your passion and drive to help others.

Each month, Re:Coded invites inspiring developers, start-up founders or technology experts to our bootcamp locations to give workshops, talks and training to our fellows and the general public. Topics range from the future of work, game development, open source technology, design thinking, designing for social impact, to personal stories of success and failure in the industry. Details for our speaker sessions will be posted each month on our Facebook page so stay tuned!
